Why are your prices lower than other furniture stores?
We work directly with leading brands like Ashley Furniture, Mazin Furniture, Xcella, Matrix Furniture and Canadian-made manufacturers. Our efficient business model lets us offer brand-new products at significantly lower prices than major retailers. We keep overhead low and pass the savings to you.
Are the products brand new?
Yes. All items are 100% brand new, factory-sealed and never used. We do not sell refurbished, pre-owned or floor-model pieces.
Are these genuine branded furniture products?
Absolutely. We are an Authorized Dealer and only sell authentic furniture in original packaging with serial numbers.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering factory defects and product faults.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Toronto & the GTA, Ottawa and Edmonton, and their surrounding areas. We do not currently deliver to other parts of Canada.
What are your delivery and processing times?
Delivery timelines vary based on product availability: most items 2–4 weeks, custom and special orders 6–8 weeks. Delivery fees depend on distance, and free delivery is available on qualifying orders.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, our store is at 7-2450 Finch Ave W, North York, ON (Mon–Fri 10:30 AM – 8 PM, Sat–Sun 10:30 AM – 6 PM). Only a limited number of pieces are on display, so please call ahead if you would like to see a specific item. We do not have stores in Ottawa or Edmonton, but we offer virtual service and delivery in both cities.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Most items are non-returnable since they are ordered specifically for each customer. If an item arrives defective, we will arrange repair, replacement parts or a full replacement according to the manufacturer's warranty process.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Fairstone Financial. Choose 0% interest over 12 months in equal payments, defer payments for 3–12 months, or spread larger purchases over 24 or 36 months. On approved credit.
Do you offer an extended warranty?
Yes, a 5-year extended warranty. It covers accidental rips, stains and damage, mechanical, hardware and electrical failures, and on-site service according to the manufacturer's terms, with no deductibles and an easy claim process.
